The vibrant energy of Mexico City provided the perfect backdrop for the 53rd annual global meeting of INAC Global Executive Search. Over four intensive and inspiring days, partners from all corners of the world came together to discuss the future of top-level executive search, learn from one another, and further strengthen the network's shared values.
Kicking Off with Vision and Values
The opening speeches, particularly the one by INAC President Rui Borges, set the tone for the event. Borges reminded everyone that INAC's strength extends far beyond transactional business relationships. At its core are a shared vision and a common purpose that positively impacts both clients and candidates. He emphasized that INAC is about creating lasting value, building trust, and consistently exceeding expectations. These opening remarks highlighted that INAC Global is a purpose-driven network, supported by vision, values, and pride—a true sign of excellent executive search.

Strategic Development and Knowledge Exchange
A key component of the meeting was the strategic development of the INAC network. Participants reviewed the successes of the past year and discussed its future direction, which included a transparent examination of the network's financial foundation.
Another important focus was on knowledge exchange and fostering innovation within the global network. In various topic-specific sessions, partners had the opportunity to share best practices, develop new ideas, and collaboratively devise strategies to strengthen the INAC brand and expand globally.
Local Expertise in a Global Context
The "INAC Business Exchange" session gave partners the opportunity to share insights into their local markets and successes. The contribution from Cedric Schütz, INAC Germany I, for example, demonstrated the strength and expertise of individual countries within the global network.
"The lively exchange in the 'Business Exchange' session once again highlighted the strength of our global network through the expertise and commitment of each individual country. The insights were very valuable for understanding the diversity and deep knowledge that we can offer our clients worldwide," Schütz shared.

Client Insights: The "Black Swan Effect"
A special highlight of the event was a client-focused session titled, "The Black Swan Effect: Preparing Leadership and Businesses for the Unexpected." In this session, which was simultaneously translated into English, experts discussed unpredictable events and how companies and leaders can prepare for them. A panel of experts shared their perspectives, and a "Client Insights Circle" explored unexpected challenges and solutions. This exchange underscores INAC's commitment to not only providing excellent executive search but also offering valuable insights and perspectives to its clients.
Networking and Personal Connections
In addition to the content-focused sessions, the meeting provided ample opportunity for networking. The coffee breaks, shared lunches, and the final "Client Cocktail Closing" created a relaxed atmosphere for informal conversations and building personal relationships.
"Every conversation, every insight, and every connection reminded me of what INAC truly stands for: a commitment to global cooperation, local understanding, and leadership that makes a real impact," said Cedric Schütz.

Heartfelt thanks were extended to the team at INAC Mexico (Strategic Talent), especially to Angeles Madrigal and Karla Alfaro, for their exceptional hospitality and the seamless organization of the entire event. Their warmth and dedication were instrumental to the meeting's success.
The 53rd INAC Global Meeting in Mexico City was more than just a conference—it was a powerful testament to the global cooperation, shared commitment, and innovative strength of the INAC network. Participants returned to their home countries feeling inspired and with strengthened connections, ready to shape the future of executive search together.
