The process includes an in-depth briefing meeting, a customized search strategy for the direct approach (Executive Search), conducting interviews (potentially utilizing aptitude assessment procedures), presenting suitable candidate profiles (shortlist), support during contract negotiations, and dedicated post-placement support for successful integration (onboarding).
Our focus is on executive and key roles with a direct impact on business success. This includes C-Level appointments (CEO, CTO, CFO), roles at the Director and Senior Manager level, as well as highly specialized experts. Furthermore, we handle mandates for Advisory Board functions.
