Grünewald Consulting establishes European Chemicals Focus Group

Lothar Grünewald, Managing Director of Grünewald Consulting, is initiating a focus group within the global INAC consultant network. This marks the first worldwide group of its kind at INAC.

The Focus Group was created to address the specific needs of the international chemical sector. Its goal is to gather and analyze information on industry trends, market demands, and especially the candidate market for international executives and specialists in the chemical industry. With this Practice Group, current and future clients (initially at a European level) will have access to experienced specialists in executive search.

"For many years, practice groups have been an integral part of industry-specific specialization within personnel consulting firms," says Lothar Grünewald. "However, at an international level and across various (independent) executive search firms, specialization in a specific industry is not yet standard practice."

Together with partners from Italy, France, the Netherlands, and the UK, Grünewald Consulting launched this ambitious project. "Our clients will benefit from the comprehensive experience we have gained through numerous search mandates we have already supported within Europe. With the help of our international team of experts, we are able to identify international trends and market developments early on, build a knowledge database, and thus provide real added value to our clients in the chemical industry."
