Lothar Grünewald and Cedric Schütz of Grünewald Consulting, a personnel consultancy based in Solingen-Ohligs and Düsseldorf, attended this year's global consultant meeting in Paris as German partners of the INAC global consultant network.

32 consultants from 28 countries discussed topics including the increasing digitization of talent acquisition (e.g., the use of artificial intelligence), the challenges of the global skills shortage, and potential solutions. Part of the meeting took place on the conference floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Patrick Ruivo, the managing director of the Eiffel Tower, and Jean-Francois Martins, the deputy mayor of Paris, gave a presentation on the major challenges of the 2024 Olympic Games, which will be held in Paris.
