SANYO Component Europe GmbH develops and sells high-quality products for the reception, storage and provision of energy, such as solar modules, rechargeable batteries and battery sys-tems for hybrid and electric vehicles. SANYO’s solar technology is making an important contribution to the environmentally friendly enhancement of living standards. The photovoltaic modules of the “HIT series” are providing industry’s leading performance: a very high conversion efficiency, outstanding temperature characteristics and higher output power on a given roof area compared to conventional crystalline modules.
The solar division is now targeting the inverter market in Europe and is looking for a professional, dynamic and customer-oriented
Business Development Manager Europe (m/f)
The successful candidate will be responsible for the launch and further development of Sanyos Inverter products on the European market. From Munich the main orientation will be on the cus-tomer potential in Italy, but also other European countries will be targeted.
The Senior Engineer will combine support and advisory functions with a tasks in business devel-opment and after sales.
Main Tasks:
- Launch and development of inverter business
- Acquisition and development of new customers in Europe; Italy, Germany, UK, Belgium and France with a,
- main focus on the Italian market
- Buildup of a strong customer relationship management in Europe
- Management of technical support and problem solving management
- Take adequate actions on customer claims and requests
- Provide trainings to customers with regard to the inverter service
- Ensure and install an after sales service to customers for instance with the assistance of a call center
- Regular visiting and updating of customers
For this function we are looking for a communicative and open minded Engineer with excellent analytical skills and good business sense.
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering
- Work experience of at least 3 years in a PV inverter company
- Willing to travel (r. a. 30%)
- Good English, Italian and German language skills, French is advantageous
- Special knowledge about the electrical grid network if possible
- MS-Office, Web Design Software (Typo 3) and Adobe Design Software skills
- Good communication skills
- High social competence
Payment: Fix salary plus up to 10% Bonus
