The Company
Trenor Dører AS is situated in Terråk, the community centre in Bindal municipality. The company is one of Norway’s largest manufacturer of doors with approx. 70 employees and has a solid financial base. Sales and marketing is done in cooperation with a window producer through the company Trenor-Gruppen AS. Trenor Dører AS is associated with high quality and enjoys a good reputation within the construction market.

CEO Strategy – Production – Development
The CEO will be responsible for the overall direction of Trenor Dører AS in cooperation with the Board. He/she will oversee production processes, endow with employee enhanchement/training and provide overall management.
We are seeking a strong leader with an industrial mindset and understanding of efficient production- and logistics processes. Higher education is required, as well as management experience from a manufacturing company. Familiarity with similar companies is an advantage.
The CEO reports to the company’s board.
Trenor Dører AS offer competitive conditions, including a house at your disposal. It is desirably that you live in Terråk/Bindal municipality. However, commuting is possible.
