Solar Business
Our client selected solar business as its future growth engine and decided huge investment in solar business
In 2004 established solar R&D center and studied solar cell technologies.
In 2008, Board of directors approved for investment of solar manufacturing facilities
In 2009,built 120MW capacity of solar cell and module manufacturing center
Currently total 230 employees work for solar business including 60 R&D members.
Strategy
Goal to be a top solar company by 2015
Increase its capacity by 240MW in 2011 upto 1GW in 2015
Main business area is development, producing, and selling CELL and MODULE
Currently focused on the Crystalline cell (Multi and Mono), but has R&D team which study other technologies as well, such as Thin film.
Position
"Business Development Manager Solar Division (m / f)"
Main Tasks
-
Develop business with either incumbent or potential customers
-
Sell solar products to business customers
-
Make business presentations to customers
-
Attend and run trade shows, events, dealer conventions, etc.

Develop and build relationship with industry associations and analysts
-
Generate and provide sales reports, presentations and communications to executives and headquarters
-
Plan, monitor and report sales performances
Qualifications
-
Demonstrated understanding of solar industry, markets and customers
-
Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
-
Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, correspondence and public speaking skills required
-
Must have strong PowerPoint skills
-
5+ years experience in solar industry
-
Experiences in business development and sales preferred
-
Academic education and/or level of thinking
Requirements

Fluency in English and German is mandatory
